  • 6 oz chicken breast
  • 4 oz green asparagus
  • 3 oz butter
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil to cover chicken


  • Heat up a cast-iron skillet then place the butter in it
  • Take olive oil and add S&P. Coat chicken with oil and spices and place in pan.
  • Bake for 5 minutes
  • Season asparagus and place in pan.
  • Bake another 5 minutes.
  • Assure chicken reaches 155°
  • Plate and serve.
