  • 2 strips bacon
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 avocado


  • Start by deciding how you would like to prepare your bacon. There are healthier alternatives to frying it, but we won't tell on you if you don't!
    To bake, preheat your oven to 400º. Place your bacon strips on a baking rack and place them in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes. The bacon will come out a little more on the tender and chewy side! If you like it crispy, leave the bacon in there for a little longer. 
    To microwave, place 3 to 4 slices on a microwave-safe plate lined with paper towels. Cook for 2 to 4 minutes until the bacon is cooked through. Allow the strips to cool for 1 minute. 
    To fry, place the bacon on a frying pan set to medium-high heat. Watch the bacon closely and flip the strip to allow even cooking. Fry until your desired state of crispiness!

  • Cook your eggs any way you like! We recommend popping them in the oven for even cooking. Place them on the same baking tray as the bacon, but make sure your bacon strips are on a foil sheet so the grease does not affect your egg. 
  • Once you have plated your eggs and bacon, cut the avocado in half and scoop it out on to your plate. Dice, slice, or puree the half!
