Ingredients

Waffle

  • 1/2 cup Almond Flour
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Flour, optional
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Sweetener, your choice
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 Eggs, separated
  • 2 oz Almond Milk, unsweetened
  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Cinnamon Swirl

  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 2 tsp Sweetener, your choice
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

Cinnamon Swirl

  • Melt butter in microwave, about 20 seconds, and add cinnamon and sweetener.
  • Mix and set aside

Waffle Mix

  • In large bowl mix all dry ingredients and set aside
  • Take the egg whites and whip them until frothy. Set aside.
  • Add the egg yokes, almond milk, vanilla, and melted butter to dry mix.
  • Mix ingredients until consistent. This will not be a little viscus yet.
  • Fold in egg whites, this will give it a little fluff.

Cooking Waffle

  • Preheat waffle make and spray with olive oil before filling with batter.
  • Pour liquid mix into waffle maker.
  • Swirl 1/2 the cinnamon mix on top of waffle batter. Make it look better than mine.
  • Top the remaining cinnamon mix to on the waffle for an extra kick. Enjoy
