COMPLETE KETO SYSTEMS CHICKEN AND ZOODLE SNACK
This snack is quick and easy snack if you prepped for the week. Having some zoodles prepped on Sunday will allow you to make this in 3-5 minutes. Great flavor with the pesto than will not remind you that you are eating for a healthier tomorrow; all you know it taste delicious.
- 2 oz zoodles pre-make
- 1 oz spinach
- ½ oz butter
- 1 tsp of basil pesto
- 2 oz chicken shredded and pre-made
- Salt to taste
- Melt butter in pan on medium heat
- Toss in the zoodles, cook for 3 minutes
- Toss in spinach and cook for 2 minutes
- Toss in basil pesto
- Place chicken in the same pan and heat up the chicken until warm.
- Place on top of zoodle mix and garnish and enjoy
