COMPLETE KETO SYSTEMS GRILLED PARMESAN GARLIC CHICEN WINGS
Keto wings with no carbs and high fat. Great for any cookout.
- 3 lbs. chicken wings
- ¼ cup unsalted butter melted
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tbsp rosemary fresh minced
- ½ cup fresh parmesan grated
- In small bowl, blend the baking powder, salt, garlic and onion salt, blend.
- Place chicken in zip lock bag and coat with mix. Cover chicken completely.
- Grill for 15-20 minutes until an internal tempature of 165°F.
- While the wings are grilling, combine the butter, garlic, and rosemary in small bowl.
- When chicken is done, place in very large bowl and let stand for 5 minutes.
- Toss wings in butter/ parmesan sauce and serve.
