COMPLETE KETO SYSTEMS GREEN BEANS IN BACON
Super easy to make, very Keto and very delicious
- 6 oz green beans, cleaned and washed
- 2 slices bacon, chopped before cooking
- 1 tsp garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- add sesame and fresh parmesan, if desired
- Blanch the green beans so they are al dente
- Sauté chopped bacon, when cooked halfway, drain the green beans
- Sauté for 5 minutes
- Prepare night before and microwave for lunch.
