COMPLETE KETO SYSTEMS GARLIC BROCCOLI

- 2 oz broccoli, cut in to bite sized pieces
- 1/2 tsp garlic, finely minced
- 1/2 tsp butter
- salt and butter at your discretion
- Place broccoli, garlic, in a microwaveable glass cup and add a dabble of water.
- Microwave for 30 seconds and thoroughly toss around the broccoli to assure the garlic is well distributed on broccoli.
- Leave covered for 2-3 minutes to keep hot for your dinner.
