Keto Cranberry Sauce
Holiday's are a great time of year and cranberry sauce is a great compliment for your turkey entrée or even topping your turkey with cranberry sauce. Either way, cranberry sauce it a holiday tradition. Each tablespoon has about 1g of carbs.
- 16 oz Cranberries
- 1 cup Monkfruit Sweetener
- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- Combine all ingredients except vanilla and bring to boil. Reduce to a simmer for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cranberries start to form a sauce. Cook until sauce reaches the desired sauce to cranberry ratio.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Cool and serve, best to set in frig overnight.
