BACON WRAPPED AVOCADOS
Bacon wrapped anything makes the world great. Bacon is a staple in the Keto lifestyle and we are very happy for this. Good fats good flavor and great for a Keto snack.
- Baking Sheet
- Air Fryer
- 1 Hass Avocado
- 8 strips bacon
- seasoning, your choice
- Slice each avocado into 8 equally-sized wedges. Wrap each wedge in bacon. Place on a baking sheet, tuck bacon on bottom.
- Preheat oven to 425ºF.
- Bake until bacon is cooked through and crispy, 12 to 15 minutes.
- Place avocado strips on single layer of basket. Cook at 400°F for 8-9 minutes or until bacon is crispy.
- Serve with your favorite dipping like siracha mayo or ranch.
