COMPLETE KETO SYSTEMS BUTTER BURGER
The best burgers use butter inside and butter outside, good to get the extra fat for your Keto lifestyle.
- 1 lb 80/20 ground beef
- 4 tbsp butter
- ½ oz slice provolone cheese or your choice
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Montreal Steak Seasoning
- LTO to taste
- Using hands, blend Worcestershire and steak seasoning with the burger. Do not overwork the meat.
- Make six equal sized burgers.
- Place ½ tbsp of butter on top of three patties.
- Place other patties on top of patty with butter and press into one burger.
- Grill, bake or cook in skillet to internal temperature of 160°F
- Top with remaining ½ tbsp of butter and cheese and serve.
- Top with mayo for some extra fat, LTO will add 2-3 carbs to your meal.
