GRILLED CHICKEN AND ASPARAGUS
Keto chicken in a skillet with a friendly side of asparagus. Put a smile on everyone's face.
- 6 oz chicken breast
- 4 oz green asparagus
- 3 oz butter
- salt and pepper
- olive oil to cover chicken
- Heat up a cast-iron skillet then place the butter in it
- Take olive oil and add S&P. Coat chicken with oil and spices and place in pan.
- Bake for 5 minutes
- Season asparagus and place in pan.
- Bake another 5 minutes.
- Assure chicken reaches 155°
- Plate and serve.
