EASY KETO CHAFFLE
The Keto Chaffle is the all the rage in Keto lifestyle. Easy to make and can be used for numerous recipes like sandwiches, pizza, or waffles. Chaffles can be flavored with your favorite seasonings or ingredients. The picture is your basic chaffle and one with bacon, try it with minced veggies. The basic chaffle has 2.6 net carbs for two. - Mini Waffle Iron

- 1 lg egg
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- Preheat waffle maker.
- Whisk together the egg, cheddar, and almond flour in bowl until well blended.
- Place 1/2 mix into mini waffle maker, approx. 2 tbsp and cook for about 3-4 minutes.
- Will make two in a mini waffle maker just enough for a wonderful sandwich.
- Picture shows basic chaffle and one with one slice of chopped bacon.
- Can use mozzarella, cheddar or favorite cheese.
- Freeze up to 2 weeks. Microwave for 30 seconds each or use toaster oven.
