- 1 cup Fresh Blueberries
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp Sweetner, your choice
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum, optional for thickening
Fresh for up to 5 days. Keep refrigerated and warm up for pancakes. The Blueberry Sauce is a little high in carbs, so keep it as a treat. Xanthan Gum really thickens the mix up well if you wish to convert from sauce to a compote (like picture).
