COMPLETE KETO SYSTEMS AVOCADO, EGG, AND BACON
Avocados are one of the best sources of healthy fat.
- 1/2 1 Avocado
- 1 lg Egg
- Salt and Pepper, for seasoning
- Preheat oven to 425°
- Halve the avocado and place the egg in the pocket.
- Place the avocado half in the oven and place the bacon on the sheet pan (or piece of aluminum foil). Bacon will cook for the same time.
- Season to taste.
- Bake for 15-20 minute.
